Cons

This company will virtue signal every single day about all of the "good" they offer, but when it comes to protecting and helping its employees, they will be absolutely 100% be absent. Promises promises promises but when its time to show up they will never deliver. The typical "pizza parties" to reward workers for a year of hard work and accomplishments rather than anything substantial.

Pros

Great work environment and team. I was privileged to have great teammate who were passionate about the community. The healthcare benefits were fantastic.

Cons

My biggest issue was that I had only one weekend a month off. This is typical for the industry. That schedule was challenging. The pay is fine for starting. If you have a family and live in VA, that salary is simply not enough.
