Pros

Benefits are good, commissions on renewals and new leases are good, industry standard.

Cons

Lack of process, lack of communication between corporate and site staff. Team meetings could be organized better to present more of an opportunity to connect with co-workers. The company thinks their on-boarding is superior but it doesn't teach you what you need to know to do your job. There is no company manual or guidelines just an online software that only has half the resources you need. Research who the owners are for your site.

Within just two months of joining as a package handler, I was promoted to the concierge position, which speaks volumes about the opportunities for growth and advancement here. The company culture at Bozzuto is exceptional. There is a strong sense of community and teamwork among employees, and management truly cares about the well-being and professional development of their team members. I've received continuous support and encouragement from my colleagues and supervisors, which has motivated me to strive for excellence in my role. In addition to the supportive work environment, Bozzuto offers ample opportunities for career advancement. After just seven months, I was promoted again to the sales and marketing associate position, which has allowed me to further develop my skills.
