Pays above average for the industry; good opportunities for earning commission and internal advancement; decent benefits; positive work environment and pleasant, well-functioning teams; generally healthy culture.

Cons

Long weekday hours (9-hour day, theoretically with a 1-hour lunch) for an office position (shorter hours but same pay on weekends). Onboarding process is good but subsequent training, especially technology rollouts, need improvement. The nature of the job requires weekend availability, constant multitasking, and a lot of emotional labor; this are not necessarily flaws, but are important details to be aware of in order to set realistic expectations.
