Pros

The people are very nice, and they made me feel welcome. Everyone holds themselves to a high standard but they're not snobby. Great training, plenty of opportunity for growth, management is helpful, doesn't micromanage and addresses concerns promptly, very good compensation and benefits, the community and the office are beautiful, strong branding and sense of company culture, great company values, happy residents with few exceptions

Cons

It can be easy to get overwhelmed if you're not patient with yourself.

You definitely learn how these luxury apartments overprice and oversell their units!

Cons

I wouldn't recommend anyone work at Bozzuto. Especially as a Sales & Marketing Associate (which is just a Leasing Agent, with a funny job title). They treat their employees terribly. The bonus structure is ridiculous and gives you no reason to be incentivized. They understaff all the buildings so you end up having to do many people's jobs all while being paid a measly salary and lame benefits. The understaffing of the buildings creates an environment that makes you feel guilty if you get sick, or want to go get a covid test, or want to see your family on a weekend. The schedules are all over the place and basically - you are absolutely replaceable. They don't care about their leasing agents - no wonder people quit all the time!
