Pros

Bozzuto has fantastic benefits packages, including generous PTO, Adoption Assistance etc. I mean light years beyond what I have ever seen. They pay a livable wage and really do their best to make work enjoyable.

Cons

It is a huge company with rapid growth, meaning it is incredibly fast paced and ever changing. To people who may not be as flexible in their ideas of change, it may be a hard thing to work with.
