Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you value our benefits, pay structure and annual raise process. We work intentionally to design our compensation and benefits programs to support our employees’ well-being and long-term growth. We also appreciate your feedback. Ensuring employees feel supported, especially during busy or short-staffed periods, is very important to us. We are continually evaluating our staffing models and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement. We understand that working weekends and holidays can be challenging. While these schedules are part of the operational needs of our teams, we aim to balance them with time off during the week and to distribute schedules as fairly as possible. Thank you again for sharing your perspective and for all of your hard work as an Assistant General Manager. Sincerely, Amy Medugno, SVP & Shelagh Anderson, SVP.

Pros

A consistent bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit

Cons

The Vantage Collection building is extremely short staffed. 33 Park View Avenue and 1 Park View Avenue are buildings over 40 stories tall, and there is only ONE, I repeat - ONE, let me say it again for those who didn't read that, ONE concierge per tower at any given time who are responsible for too many tasks such as: packaging (sorting, logging, handing them), answering phones, taking care of security, performing maintenance like duties, perforing leasing office duties, etc. For buildings of this size, there should always be a minimum of 2 or 3 concierges at all time for all shifts within 33 Parkview Avenue and 1 Parkview Avenue to deliver on the promises that the leasing office tell propsective/current tenants. As a result of this staffing mismanagement and overburden skeleton crew, there is constant turn over and upset staff. Management is incompetent / unwilling to improve operations or hire extra permanent staff.

Bozzuto is great

Pros

Bozzuto itself as a company is great. It’s probably best to work at bozzuto owed communities and not the privately owned ones

Cons

No room for growth in privately owned properties
