Pay is $20 per hour, no drug test. Benefit is that it is very quiet.

Cons

Pt employees are treated like red headed step children. I originally took the job for the rent discount and was told that I would be eligible for one during the interview then I was told that pt employees are not eligible when I was ready to apply. I lost all respect after that

Pros

The company culture is inclusive and there is a lot of team spirit. Generally they promote from within and will train you towards your end goal. Generous salary and easy to make more via commissions, decent healthcare packages.

Cons

Work life balance becomes non-existent outside of the SMA role. Assistant Property Managers and especially Property Managers become strained after hours and on days off with emergencies, ownership, and reports. Schedule is never the same so there is no consistency at home, outside or work.
