Not all fun is worth it. I was over worked and felt like a fill in person and was expected to keep up sales for two different properties.

health insurance/benefits PTO accrual laidback but professional work environment easily/quickly get promoted as long as you work for it great culture

Cons

those with ambition and slackers in the same job make the same money...doesn't really motivate the ambitious person to do anything above average.
