Cons

hard to get hired unless you know someone upper management is unapproachable too much concentration on residents and not enough on employees please note i do love my job. this is just property management in general

Pay is fine, the buildings are usually beautiful, the Residents are overall great.

Cons

There is a very apparent hierchy there in regards to Management > Leasing > Maintenance > Concierge
