Pros

Company has a strong focus on helping customers. Leadership does a good job of placing team members in the right spot on the bus. Continued opportunity to succeed. Been fortunate to work here for many years, and I have seen some people come and go, and if they arent working out, I have seen the company help them find other jobs in other companies, while paying the employee.

Cons

It is a fun, yet challenging company. Be prepared to work.
