Great Place to learn anything, from technical details to general life lessons. Amazing people Great events (many many holiday games and activities) Personal benefits (management is willing to help you with difficult life experiences) High trust relationship with employees Total freedom over direction of workday Long lunches Extremely competitive pay Great people (needed to mention this twice, I love the team I work with) Clear promotional opportunities

Cons

2-3 year commitment (old team had a high turnover, management has since been changed and this has mostly stopped) 6-months notice Breaking contract early costs thousands of dollars Fast paced (Pro for me personally, but most people do not think so) Lack of training Demanding clientele with lack of regard Grandfathered technology
