Good company with some great products and people. Nice culture, good hours and benefits.

Cons

Bit "corporate" now, ln recent years has lost some of the entrepreneurial / trading energy is now a bit one size fits all.

Pros

- Not much. Salary paid is OK only. Not really spectacular or wow-ing. Can consider if you are desperate to tide over a few months of financial desperations. - During light workload period, can do some self-study to boost own values(but this kind of "free time" is very, very limited)

Cons

- I wrote a review about Brady previously and with better hindsight, I want to update again now that I have found a much better job and leaving Brady (their given reason is due to no matching their suitability based on their judgement) was actually the best thing to happen ever to me. - Consider to join this company if you can fulfill all below criterias mentally stone-set by the firmware managers:- 1. Very "obedient" and not argue with the managers for etc. if the managers say the Moon is Triangle shaped; you must say YES! and praise their "wise" words. 2. Be ready to get blamed and insulted of "SCHOOL CHILDREN" works even if you completed your tasks all right; all under their managers eyes/reviews/constant guides. Remember, if they say 1+1 = 10000, you must say YES immediately! If you say 1 + 1 = 2, they will say you are not up to their hidden expectations and their answer is the only right one. 3. Be ready to do all that is asked by the managers but when it's of wrong directions(but the orders from them) as often is in engineering, be ready to say "THIS IS ALL MY FAULT! (even though everything is directed by those few managers.) Then be ready to absord all the blames and insults thrown at you by these people. Must say like this is all your fault and they are perfect(Even thought they are the one giving the directions/tasks). 4. Be ready to come on time at 9AM and NEVER, NEVER to leave a single minute before 6PM. Even leaving at 6PM would be labelled as Not-commited-enough to day job. You are being monitored all the time. Also do not look at your phones(at least if hide in the toilet if you need to look at phone) during work because the senior mgr will look at you n said you are ALWAYS on phone, not serious to work, and your 8 hours solidly belong to the Brady company only. No personal things allowed. Also be punctual going to lunch from 12noon to 1pm sharp. If you are late by a few minutes, they will judge that you are ALWAYS late in coming back from lunch and complaint about you during evaluation.

Pros

Co-workers are great. Benefits are okay, I think.

Cons

The leadership team is so far removed. I just watched the President of this company, get a question during a townhall, roll his eyes, scoff, and proceed to say hell "address this one last time" and moving forward the subject will now be ignored. I just dont think that's a good thing to say in front of 100s of people when many have expressed feelings ignored
