Pros

There are literally no pros working here. I took 5 minutes to think of a few but its just a terrible place to work for.

Cons

What Brady Guarantees: You'll be severely underpaid!!!!!! Zero work from home flexibility. They dont care that you have a personal matter or anything, just no work from home period, although I do see other people easily getting wfh advantage but not our team. Zero events, Brady doesn't know what a Christmas party is or even a basic lunch for their workers. They will make sure no extra money are spent on their employees. Mediocre and conservative mentality. Oh and the benefits if you could called them so, are just a pure joke. Huge deductible, copays.Ridiculous management, they will make sure you have 100 managers to top of you, and you'll be doing a 3 people job because they wont hire people that actually do the work, they will hire more managers, more people to report too, more people who will tell you what and how to do your job. Please don't apply for this company and spare your nervous system. Its a circus, a parade of egocentric managers with complexes who probably were severely bullied in childhood and now they finally got a chance to become someone in their pathetic lives and show their authority. No career opportunities, you don't really learn stuff here. You start working on a project, and then it somehow vanishes away, puff gone. No recognition, no accomplishments. Culture - none.
