Business Outlook
Pros
Good environment for learning and technical growth. Able to experiment with new ideas and collaborate for innovation.
Cons
Career growth is somewhat limited unless you're comfortable with a "buddy system" way of advancement; your career will stall if you're not friendly with the "right" people or it's not "your turn". Dated ways of thinking... ex. strongly against WFH across the organization. Pay is lagging against the market even considering the bonus structure. Difficult to reach full payout under some leaders.
