      Pros

      The people I worked with throughout the organization were top notched professionals. Team work was an essential factor that led to ongoing success.

      Dealing with coronavirus created a tough situation just like at most business in the US and world.

      Pros

      There really aren’t any. I would the only pro for me is that it was a ‘stepping stone’ to my current job with a new company.

      Cons

      -Global company that doesn’t act like a global company. Very US centric. -Arrogant and egotistical leadership that do not know how being open to new ideas can really benefit the company. -Does not truly value employees. -Executive leadership does not trust its middle management. -Very little to non-existent process improvement, which is odd for a manufacturing company.
