      Pros

      Leadership is very open and easy to talk to. Much different than 5 years back. Benefits are very fair. Direction of the company is solid. Do not get micro managed, are given the opportunity to do your job.

      Cons

      Moving up is easier said than done. Compensation is not where it needs to be and when questioned the only response is "we'll look into it".
