      Good work/life balance with friendly coworkers. Flat organization with opportunities for anyone that wants to take initiative and lead. Global company so have opportunity to interact with coworkers around the country and across the globe. Organization is always trying to get better and improve . Its a safe environment to take risks and try new ideas. Good talent is recognized.

      Cons

      Processes can be a little more complex than needed which can be frustrating at times.

      Constant change requires a flexible mentality that embraces change. Brady is not always on the latest application versions. Every employee is expected to give 150% to reach targets and goals, so when you are not passionate about the job, don't start.
