Pros

I read the reviews and came here based on a couple of the pros I read. Believe me there are none.

Cons

Morale is very low, most people dread coming in each day. They classify themselves as a turn around company, honestly the only place you should turn to is the door. Your voice as an employee will not be heard, the work you do is not fulfilling. There is a current of trepidation that runs through the office, and the culture is one of pettiness and back biting. There are some jobs that you can endure, some you grow from, and some that suck the life from you. This is the latter. It does not matter the role or compensation. The saddest part is that there are moments of hope and collaboration where we look like we might be out of the woods, but then there is a corporate change that sets us back further than before. There is so much bickering among management it feels more like a playground than an international office. Everyone wants to be right and have there team be the one to “save the company” than to work together to come up with a comprehensive growth plan not only for sales but also salaried employees.

Pros

Great people working on production floor. Clean environment.

Cons

Lack of direction between Sr. level & management. Not much in the way of internal advancement. Will prefer to always eliminate a position and then spread responsibilities out over more people to save in costs. No long term vision.

Brady Response

Brady focuses first on internal placement, and has an internal job posting system to encourage movement within the company. We have skills-based and management training opportunities to develop our employees in skills areas where they want to grow. We also seek feedback via bi-annual surveys, and keep our employees informed during regular town hall meetings where our production employees are encouraged to ask questions.
