7yBrady has invested heavily in innovation and new product development in recent years. That focus also includes soliciting ideas from employees through company-wide new product and process improvement challenges, many of which are in the process of being implemented. We continue to seek feedback via employee bi-annual culture surveys, and provide to managers the resources, tools and support required to ensure a fair and productive performance review process.
