Great people and culture. While Brady has gone through some struggles in the past, they are on the right track with the current leadership.

Cons

A little behind on some technologies but it is a manufacturing organization after all.

Brady WPS is a high potential business, serving the global safety market. In the US we are two years into a business model transformation, and while it has been challenging at times, we are making excellent progress and starting to see the rewards. If you choose to join our team in Chicago, you will find a great bunch of hardworking, fun-loving people with a passion for success.

Cons

Change takes time and persistence. We still have work to do, but if you relish a challenge and you want to be part of something much bigger, then this is not a Con for you!
