      I move to USA 07 months ago, I received my permission to work this week, My experience is work with stickers ( tape) and abrasives, I'm mechanical engineer.

      Pros

      We have it very good here. Compensation is very competitive and the work/life balance is strong. It is a company that appears to know where it is going and has a clear sense of what it is and what it is not. That is reflected in our performance the past 3 years.

      Cons

      It requires a high degree of institutional knowledge to successfully navigate through many of Brady's systems.
