      The location is pretty good.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, management doesn’t care about helping employees advance. They seem oblivious to the problems and unhappiness of the office. When there was a restructure, all new upper management came in and didn’t even talk to anyone. They monitored from behind their closed doors and created an environment filled with bitter employees. Sadly, the office culture has turned into talk of interviews and new job prospects. Managers stifle the creativity and ambition of employees by micromanaging and only looking out for themselves.

      Pros

      Great products and brand recognition. Strong focus on innovation, technology and reinvestment. A much improved senior leadership team that is making high quality and insightful decisions that are driving both top and bottom line growth. Very smart, and enjoyable people to work with, throughout.

      Cons

      There are no perfect companies just as there are no perfect people, so stop looking for one.
