      Pros

      I have been promoted 2 times in 2 years at Brady. It's place that rewards people for hard work and dedication.

      Cons

      Nothing is perfect and neither is Brady. The important thing is that leadership cares and is working hard to make improvements everyday.

      Pros

      Employee friendly environment, good benefits, good culture. Work-life balance is pretty good in most areas. Company leadership is quick to respond to financial downturns (which is positive for overall company bottom line, but not so positive to employees)

      Cons

      Most on leadership team have come up through the ranks (which is positive), but it also means many have no frame of reference outside of the Brady culture. In bad economy there is a layoff almost every year.
