Do NOT work here if you just graduating college. It’s a dead end job NOT a career. They talk about how you can move up in the company but honestly in the Buffalo office there’s no where to even move up. Turn over is extremely high. They hire new graduates at a low salary rate. You won’t ever hit commission only ramp for 6 months. Management here is the worst. The trainer they have will sit right next to you as you make calls. Have to make 50 calls and trust me you will hear management go down your throat about it every single day. You also have scripted calls. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Glad I left when I did!

Upper Management getting the wrong people in places who make wrong decisions. People who care about management appearance rather than worrying people welfares. The uptight bonus system which forces you to segregate equally talented people. Career progression was not there. Prioritized outside people vs promiting their own. Saving money by pushing people to do over the desired number of hours, minimal work life balance
