Pros

When the economy was strong and the company was making sales, everything was terrific but as soon as the economy tanked Brady started cutting the fat and they cut deep. Too deep because the majority of the good people wisely left and avoided the disaster that this company is now.

Cons

From the CEO who just doesn't give a damn to old management who are so settled and ingrained in their old jobs with their old ways who will never change until they themselves are cut, well just avoid at all costs. Unless they change management and refresh with more progressive thinking people, even if the economy improves, avoid unless you enjoy frustration.

Pros

The company has a great set of products, and a huge amount of talented, dedicated people - unfortunately for the last 5 years they have largely been wasted. Direct management are great, working for you and helping a good work/life balance.

Cons

For the last 5/6 years senior management have been slashing and burning staff in an attempt to get back to the growth of the pre-recession days - resulting in a demotivated workforce that are expected to achieve unrealistic goals year after year. Benefits cut, targets modified every year to avoided having to pay out bonuses
