      Interesting product and service offerings

      Uber Micro-Management, Metrics driven by a management team that hasn't a clue as to what effectively works in the field! Territory Managers expected to cover an unmanageable geography and measured against unrealistic metrics. This new setup makes it extremely difficult to maintain YTD performance #'s to qualify for commissions!! Not the same company (because of the new management team) that built a history and reputation of having a culture that was collaborative, impassioned, highly motivating and balanced when it came to work/life balance. Very sad.

      Healthy mix of youthful and experienced professionals that are all striving to grow and collaborate. Challenging and fast-paced work environment that continues to keep you on your feet. Large company with an entrepreneurial strategy and mindset. Lots of opportunity to grow with inspiring and seasoned leadership at the helm.

      Cons

      Lots of hurdles to overcome in the day to day as this division is turning the corner and bringing sales back to growth.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. Management has zero diversity. A lot of favoritism. Employees buy things for management for brownie points. Manager ignores prejudice comments and jokes regarding a particular race/culture.
