Management, pay, bonus structure, and the actual job itself. I knew from the first day I started working here that I had made a gigantic mistake. Job duties and what I was interviewed for/experienced in did not align in the slightest. Everyone on my team was so miserable because of the nature of the job. Management was atrocious and thrived on micromanaging. My manager would regularly comment on what people were eating for lunch, often deeming it "unhealthy" while she would eat the same exact salad with a quarter of an avocado every day. Mind you, this was a team of women in their twenties. We did not come to work to be lectured about our diets. Two years in and half of my office was suddenly laid off, then a few months after that, the rest of the employees were.
