      HR and Management lack of empathy

      Nice colleagues and practically just doing nothing and get paid

      Not the best place to be if you want to grow. HR lack of empathy during pandemic. Everyone is expected to work in office when the covid cases are spreading in the office. Management will make it clear that you should count yourselves very lucky to have a job now. A lot of cost cutting, mostly with ways to cut your bonus. It looks and sound good - 2 months Bonus etc but it’s subjected to numerous deduction - etc maternity, compassionate, hospitalisation. They just come up with something to deduct every year. So pray there’s no pregnancy if you are woman and your parents lived a long life when you are with Brady.

      None your career will not grow

      Cons

      No promotion no hike egoistic manager , you will be stuck in same position for years without any hike only managers get promotion
