      The people are nice.

      Cons

      Benefits are awful, Management is the worst. They do not care about employees. If they don't like you then they make your goal impossible. No room for growth.

      Pros

      Good co-workers Supportive bosses (but also depends on who you work with), generally good environment I did my master part-time for 4 years and I had understanding colleagues and boss to help me along.

      Cons

      Limited upwards opportunities but there are many lateral moving opportunities, so it depends on what you are looking for, particularly if you are ambitious.
