Leaders are consistent with Brady's values and servant leadership philosophy. Development plans aligned with performance reviews. Competitive salary.

      Opportunities to be competitive in the labor market are still being addressed.

      Pros

      Close to home - 15 minute drive.

      Cons

      It was a toxic environment to work in where talented, innovative, forward thinking people were either managed out or resigned on their own accord. No design process or organisation. Strong politics in play. If you want your creative ideas heard, career progression, strong, positive leadership, then this is not the place for you.

      Brady is a fabulous place to work, the company offer exciting opportunities for employees who want to work hard and progress in their career , Brady offer an excellent variety of employee development programs and courses to support them in achieving their longer term career aspirations
