Pros

Initial interview made the role sound what I was looking for I was open and transparent but new management completely misled and had no management skills or training given. No pros, this company is broken from the inside, look for roles elsewhere high performers and people with their individual approach will be seen as a problem when the internal workings of the business is the issue and management do not know how to solve this.

Cons

A lot of long standing employees who will not welcome new team members, training and expectations not made clear then new staff blamed for trying to work without training. A lot of historic account issues and no understanding of new staff needing support and time to learn the company. Internal squabbles and territory issues causing huge issues then new staff again expected to navigate this without time to understand the company and team. Extremely unclear guidance on expenses and day to day expectations, not open to conversations and learning, advised if told to do something get on and do it not discuss or create an open conversation. No willingness to train and give chance to learn, awful higher management style, reduced to tears by director due attempting to work on account I had been asked to and historical issues due to poor customer relationships which new staff would have no way of knowing about.

Pros

Cab facility is available for both pick-up and drop Quarterly outings

Cons

Work from office is mandatory 4 days a week, which reduces flexibility and paidful in bangalore traffic. Salary is below market standards compared to similar roles. Management support is limited, especially during personal or family difficulties. Perks and benefits are minimal. Quarterly outings are usually only half-day and sometimes not conducted consistently. Some managers lack maturity and empathy and do not fully understand employee challenges during personal or family struggles. There is a gap in treatment between IT and non-IT teams. Non-IT employees often stretch during month-end but do not receive compensatory time off or extra leave, unlike some IT roles.
