      Management changes result in turmoil

      Great facilities, reasonable work loads

      Cons

      Management changes, starting with the CEO and working down to the department manager level have left the majority of employees confused and feeling uncertain about leadership's ability to maintain a strategic plan.. Leaderships only concern is the stock price, and won't allow anything to delay their efforts. Company prides itself on servant leadership, but does not actually practice that philosophy. Managers are so worried about their jobs they are afraid to take action.

      Great people, lots of talent, global footprint.

      Cons

      Everything is a mile wide and an inch deep. Company needs to decide where it wants to play and win and where it will stop wasting effort.
