      Absolutely none that I can see.

      Working at the Brady Digital office in Chicago was without a doubt the worst experience of my professional career. If you want to experience true bullying in the workplace, then this is the place for you. I have never seen anything like this outside of high school. Inappropriate relationships between management and employees create favoritism leaving highly qualified employees unable to to do their job. This office has been operating on negative profits with turn-style management. The team has no direction or strategy and will not listen to those who know how to turn things around. Management is as juvenile and unprofessional as I have ever seen.

      Pros

      100 years of innovation and amazing people. Brady is committed to winning the right way and hard work is rewarded. Plenty of growth opportunity and great pay. Quality people come to and stay at Brady.

      Cons

      Toxic elements that were brought in to the company after a difficult re-org in 2013 had deep roots and the problem lingered for quite a while. There was a major issue with hiring friends instead of talent. The negative group still trolls and grasps at every chance to knock Brady and the valued employees that remain here and believe in the culture as well as the positive future of Brady.

      Great people and great product to sell. Digital is growing and the company supports the growth.

      Cons

      Former digital team brought on by consulting group in 2014 had no knowledge of business and set digital back a year with bad decisions, terrible vendors and declining sales. Their true colors eventually came through and luckily the business is turning towards the positive as these bad apples leave the company. If you know the business and have a good work ethic, and are a mature person, you'll succeed. Those who expect all star treatment without earning it are lazy and the business is so much better without them. Beware of false bad reviews and know that these "bad apples" are coordinating their "bad" reviews and their thumbs up of fellow bad reviews. Professionalism lacked severely in this specific group of people, who were brought on by a consulting firm and Brady is so much better without them today.
