      Pros

      Brady has many great employees and a relaxed atmosphere. There are many opportunities to work as part of a cross functional team on specific projects.

      Cons

      The executive team seems to lack the discipline and focus that they expect from their employees. Brady seems to change their strategy every couple years. Many employee benefits have been cut over the years to control costs.

      Pros

      Work is interesting and challenging designing and testing a complex electro-mechanical systems. The people are great and it is easy to find and work with coworkers in different parts of the company.

      Cons

      The company is large and slow. There are projects to work on, but it is more of refining and updating current products than exploring new ones.

      Not that many good reasons left anymore.....

      Cons

      No bonus for two years in a row, raises that are not even competitive in the workforce- 1% and 2%, our insurance goes up more than that every year. They ended the 10 year dinner, took out the plants in the building, it's like a dungeon. They wonder why everyone is leaving.
