The constant change makes working for Brady challenging, exciting and never boring. Brady is a global company where you can work in a diverse and inclusive environment and learn from many different cultures and countries.

Cons

Constant change requires a flexible mentality that embraces change. Brady is not always on the latest application versions. Every employee is expected to give 150% to reach targets and goals, so when you are not passionate about the job, don't start.
