      Pros

      At it's heart, this is a manufacturing company with 104 years of history, that probably lost its way a little over the last decade too focused on short term results . New CEO 3-4 years ago has re-energized the business with re-focus back on innovation at the core, challenging the workforce to drive that culture and rewarding for success. This is a company with some great people, a strong legacy and aspirations to build an exciting future.

      No too many, other than usual bureaucracy found in most large public corporations.

      Open door policy, ethical place, entrepreneur environment. A place where people makes a difference and the company lets people unleash their potential to contribute, and perform. Great values, and long term project.

      Cons

      Depending on the unit or region you work there maybe limited career paths as, besides being a multinational, the company operates regionally.
