Pros

Leader in their market Not shy to invest in new technologies and markets A very flat structure that lets you quickly meet relevant people Pays within market averages Serves some of the worlds largest companies

Cons

The flat structure makes for fewer steps on the ladder. The gap between a job and the next one up is to big for most to bridge.

Pros

Package offer and benefits are good. Colleagues are friendly and more than ready to coach and assist. Performers are recognized and rewarded.

Cons

As Brady is a MNC, global initiatives, goals and objectives for growth sets high pressure and challenges to the top management team in Asia. Devised strategies have little or no room for error even when pitted against the ever changing dynamics in APAC. Consequences are served swift and harsh for non-performers despite their effort and hard work.
