If Brady had a tagline it would be "Meh, it's a job" or "this is how it's always been done".
Pros
Brady is a global company so great experience on a resume which is why I suspect most people take jobs here. I will say the pay/benefits are fair in comparison to competitors, but not anything that's going to standout in the market. The culture is very much "just put your 8 hours in and leave it at that", which can be a pro for some depending on what you're looking for. There are two groups of people here, one group that has been here forever and will retire here, and the other group that are likely using this as resume builder and leave after 3-5 years.
Cons
It very much is a culture with dated, tenured leadership and it shows. This leads me to believe that Brady will struggle to compete with market from a growth standpoint and from a talent standpoint as new trends occur in the workforce. Headquarters is not a desirable location of Milwaukee and facilities themselves are dated which makes it tough to get on board with the anti-work from home attitude from leadership. In general, people aren't excited to be here, it's not an exciting, flashy place to be. Lot's of grey cubicles everywhere, it's very 90's. My general sense is that leadership is unwilling to adjust their response to this feedback as well, so in general, this isn't a place younger or highly motivated/highly talented people are going to want to stay at for long, this is proven by higher turnover in many different departments and the general culture of "meh, it's a job".
