      Limited stress job with a focus on following instructions from superiors. However, there are no significant career prospects as the company lacks long-term vision. The lack of expectations or requirements allows for an early departure from work at 5:30 pm. Good for retiree who want a day in day out job.

      Cons

      Lack of empathy and support during personal crises. The company deducts pay, bonuses, and threatens job security regardless of circumstances such as pregnancy, family accidents, or health issues like strokes etc.
