Pros

The pay is ok but the workload still makes it not a great workplace

Cons

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend the turn over rate is high and they can’t keep employees for nothing. Bad communication between departments

Pros

- Provides some training for the role - Mildly flexible on working hours (see cons).

Cons

- Will lie about roles to get people to interview (I was advertised a copywriter role, it was data entry) - Pay is terriblee - There's an undefined flexibility limit to working hours and even asking can get someone angry - Unwilling to budge on remote working despite entire teams having proved it works for 18 months - Happy to just keep letting staff go and hiring in replacements rather than identifying why so many are leaving - Really difficult location to get to.
