      Pros

      Current CEO and president are stable and capable. Trust them 100%

      Cons

      it can be difficult to get resources or urgency out of shared service groups ( but what big company doesn’t have that challenge). Culture is a little slow and old school manufacturer-like but the quality of the people male up for that.

      It's all about metrics and the time clock. You can expect to be written up for punching in as little as one second late or for having more than ten minutes of 'unacounted activity' in your day.

      Brady prides itself in meeting our customers needs, including focusing on key quality metrics. Like most companies, we expect that our employees are prompt, but we try to be understanding when there are extenuating circumstances.

      Pros

      CEO is great. Insurance and benefits are some of the best. Some phenomenal people work here.

      Cons

      Access control is only really known East of Mississippi. High turnover on sales team because of lack of innovation due to unwillingness to relocate software development team to more talented rich environment. Needs a fresh perspective.
