      Pros

      We have it very good here. Compensation is very competitive and the work/life balance is strong. It is a company that appears to know where it is going and has a clear sense of what it is and what it is not. That is reflected in our performance the past 3 years.

      Cons

      It requires a high degree of institutional knowledge to successfully navigate through many of Brady's systems.

      Strong innovation culture, long running company for over 105 years and strong employee loyalty, really building a high performance culture, invests in capital and their office locations - nice working environments

      Cons

      I have been here for almost 5 years and I can't think of any cons
