Toxic work culture begins at/or near the top Top down management on everything from projects to day to day manufacturing. Bosses spend too much time trying to please their immediate supervisors Unethical dealings with vendors. Lack of employees due to poor management. Ideas are squashed then later when the manger uses the same idea it's a great plan.
