      Pros

      The staff in the satellite office were great, the corporate HQ staff were also very friendly and collaborative. Benefits were good, bonus was lucrative if you could hit it. Digital leadership has changed for the better since I left.

      Cons

      Still trying to find their way in a direct-to-end user model online. Some outdated thinking around ecommerce capabilities that were starting to evolve for the better.

      The people are great. Hard working, friendly, and everyone wants to make the company a better place to work, and a more successful company.

      Cons

      Previous management was unable to stay up with the times. Current management is working to turn it around. Lots of change.
