Developers and Techs Stay Away!

The company moved to Salesforce. You'll learn a ton because of the disorganization which forces you to pick up things you don't know but are valuable as a developer.

Cons

I had 4 managers in my 3-year tenure, so, let that sink in. There is no structure at all in the tech department. It's a free for all. One manager tried to get the team to move from Jira to spreadsheets... The move to Salesforce was the best thing they could do for themselves but the extremely poor planning, execution, and horrible decision making has caused absolute chaos. There's no PM's, BA's, IT Directors, Architects, nothing! The team is now managed by an overseas team who leaves for the day at 11 am US time so it's difficult to work efficiently as a team. I watched a lot of great talent leave which ultimately led to my departure. It's a real shame.

Choice in which project I got to work on; lots of learning experiences. Learned many new things I wasn't taught in school

Difficulty getting to work consistently on projects with a team; many projects had almost all work done personally by me.
