The Coworkers are polite and patient.

Cons

The leadership or lack thereof. No training, guidance, patience or understanding. They don't offer any structure and insist you learn by looking over the shoulders of more experienced employees who barely have the time to convey what they are doing, making you a burden to the team.

Horrendous communication between Senior Management & everyone else. No plan or procedures in place. Frustrating that no one listens.
