Micro management, heavy pressure for sales numbers, vacations are NOT paid, no paid time off, no paid holidays, management that will not have your back, management that is unsupportive.

Freedom, uncapped commissions, and you meet some great people working in the Jan/San Industry

Cons

Since merger there was so much push for growth but absolutely zero investment into operations. Higher ups in the region turned what was once a great workplace into a toxic stress pit where operations and sales can’t succeed.

Difficult Growth Company

Pros

Pay was decent for a Junior Level role and was willing to work with my parenting schedule. People at an individual level were fun and pleasant to be around.

Cons

Ultimately, in my own opinion, they bit off far more than they could chew for a single Jr. Administrator. I would end up working long hours in integrations and clouds I had no prior experience with. Learning on the fly and then getting warnings about my performance because I wasn't turning projects in time.
