      Website and learning tools are excellent.

      Cons

      Procurement is very difficult. Billing after integration was a nightmare. Response to issues was slow to not at all.

      Cons

      Cons Promotions are sometimes implemented informally, with limited communication or recognition, and without corresponding adjustments in compensation to reflect the increased responsibilities. Additionally, recent changes involving the renaming of departments and titles without clear explanations or pay alignment have created uncertainty and seem inconsistent with the company values that were emphasized when I first joined.
