      A hot mess

      Pros

      Fast growth, lots of ideas, organization needs a lot of work as it seeks to achieve the vision and economies of a cohesive service-oriented company. If you like to build operational structures from the ground up this is a good place for you. Very nice and talented people.

      Cons

      There was difficulty scaling up in the past. New investment into the company may be providing the resources for the lift they need.

      Frequent pay, but chaotic management and poor resources

      Pay is every two weeks.

      Cons

      The company has no direction. The Customer service is horrible. They have meetings to have a meeting about about a meeting. They never have the supplies to do the job.

      Pay is good. Upper Management is trash

      Pros

      Great PTO structure. A lot of lower management is reasonable.

      Cons

      The upper management is horrible. All you are is a number to them. They refuse to help you unless it makes them money. All they care about is buying other companies when the company is already bloated as is. Health insurance is also horrible.
