pay can be decent on a busy week.

Cons

management was unprofessional, would get into screaming matches on the phone in front of customers. pay was not consistent. company could not get adequate business to keep more than 1 tech busy. forced to work long hours even if pay did not reflect this

Pros

Lots of hours, decent pay, great managers that encourage compassion.

Cons

Hourly rate isn't amazing, but the little bit of commission does offset that a bit. Biggest issue is I get too much mandatory overtime (11hr days 5 days a week) so it makes it hard to be home with the family.

It is a great company to start working as a mechanic. They have a solid customer base and a mechanic has the ability to make decent money

Cons

Downs side is sometimes there is a lack of quality communication. Work long hours. Reach a peak in pay fairly quickly
